IAB Heritage Hour
Heritage Hour is a monthly event where IAB members explore topics on Pan-Africanism, Christianity, and social justice. Each session features a researched presentation and open discussion, fostering deeper understanding and connection to our shared heritage and faith.
Heritage Hour is our foundational learning and dialogue platform. Through storytelling, critical reflection, and theological engagement, Heritage Hour helps participants:
1. reclaim African and Black histories long distorted or silenced
2. reflect on faith beyond colonial and Western frameworks
3. engage Pan-African conversations with honesty and depth
4. form a grounded sense of identity rooted in dignity and purpose
