Roots & Reflections is a contemplative companion to Heritage Hour. It creates a shared space where Africans and people of African descent engage history, culture, theology, and contemporary realities together:
1. centers African and Black Christian spirituality
2. holds space for grief, gratitude, and hope
3. deepens spiritual grounding for justice-oriented leadership
4. nurtures communal discernment and resilience
