Mrs. Ottilia Bensah Yeboah is an accomplished educationist and marketing professional with over fifteen years of experience in educational leadership, school administration, teaching, mentorship, and community development.
She holds a Master of Business Administration(Marketing) and a Bachelor of Arts in BusinessStudies from Wisconsin International UniversityCollege, Ghana. She also holds a Diploma in Business Studies (Secretaryship) from Tamale Polytechnic, together with professional certification in School Administration and Management (Basic Education) and Computer Fundamentals.
Mrs. Yeboah is the Co-founder, Headteacher, and Director of Great Divine Knowledge International School in Oyarifa, Accra, established in 2015. Through her leadership, integrity, and commitment to educational excellence, she has successfully fostered a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement among staff and students.
Her professional experience also includes serving as an English Language teacher in Yangzhou, China (2005–2008), and as a Claims Officer with the National Health Insurance Scheme (NHIS) in the Amasaman District (2012–2013), where she was responsible for reviewing and validating healthcare claims submitted by health facilities.
Beyond her professional career, Mrs. Yeboah has demonstrated a strong commitment to community service. As a volunteer with O Africa International, she participated in outreach programmes supporting children in underserved communities through educational encouragement and the distribution of school supplies, uniforms, and food.
Mrs. Yeboah is passionate about equipping young people with the knowledge, character, and practical skills needed to thrive in an increasingly complex world. Her experience includes team leadership, relationship building, project planning, student performance assessment, curriculum delivery, mentorship, needs assessment, and learner-centered teaching methods.
In June 2026, she was appointed Chairperson of the Emerging Stewards Program (ESP) Committee of the I AM BLACK Ministry. In this role, she provides strategic leadership for the Ministry’s youth formation initiatives, including the development of the Heritage Youth Outreach Programme, which seeks to partner with schools in nurturing responsible, ethical, and patriotic young leaders through heritage education, servant leadership, and character formation.
