A dedicated healthcare professional, lay pastor, and entrepreneur based in Accra, Ghana, Pastor Ernest brings together compassionate service, spiritual leadership, and business acumen. He completed his healthcare training at Trinity Healthcare College in Koforidua, Ghana, where he graduated with a Grade One Healthcare Certificate. For more than a decade, he has served in the healthcare sector across the Greater Accra Region, contributing to the care of over 2,000 patients.
Throughout his healthcare career, Pastor Ernest has earned a reputation for treating every patient with dignity, compassion, and respect. He is especially passionate about supporting the elderly, vulnerable, and underserved, believing that healthcare should restore hope as well as provide treatment. His holistic approach to patient care reflects his conviction that every individual possesses inherent worth and deserves compassionate service.
His commitment to Christian ministry led him to pursue theological education at Blessed Bible College, where he studied from 2018 to 2020. Upon completing his Diploma in Theology, he graduated as the Outstanding Student of his class and was subsequently ordained and gazetted by the Republic of Ghana as a Reverend Minister. As a lay pastor, he assists in shepherding a growing congregation, emphasizing servant leadership, spiritual formation, and practical Christian living. His preaching and community outreach encourage individuals to overcome hardship through discipline, unity, faith, and purposeful living. He also participates in a monthly Christian fellowship dedicated to prayer, discipleship, and character formation within his community.
Alongside his ministry and healthcare responsibilities, Pastor Ernest is an entrepreneur engaged in the supply of medical equipment and healthcare products to pharmacies, clinics, distributors, and other professional healthcare institutions. He believes that ethical entrepreneurship can create both economic value and meaningful social impact, demonstrating that business can be both profitable and purpose-driven.
Across every area of his life—healthcare, ministry, business, and governance—Pastor Ernest’s enduring passion is to care for people and empower them to flourish. His leadership is characterized by resilience, perseverance, emotional intelligence, integrity, and a deep commitment to service.
In his leisure time, he enjoys reading, spending time with his family, and expanding his knowledge of digital currencies and emerging financial technologies.
